Speaker : is Erik Spohr

A passionate communicator, Erik Spohr is the Lead Pastor at Centerville Christian Fellowship in Centerville, Ohio. Through worship, growth, and service, CCF invites people to passionately pursue Jesus by embracing and living out the gospel. As a young boy growing up in Michigan, Erik accepted Christ and sensed God’s call to ministry. Through obedience to this call, God has used Erik to inspire others to die, that they might truly live (Luke 9:23-24). He cites the purpose of his life to “look, live, and love, like Jesus”. A graduate of Cincinnati Christian University, Erik lives in Southwest Ohio with his wife, Tara, and their two sons and one daughter. For fun Erik enjoys date nights with his wife, outdoor adventures with his sons, and play time with his daughter.

Worship Leader : is Jarrod Rudesill

Jarrod Rudesill is a worship leader in Dallas, Texas, where he works with the student ministry and college ministry at Watermark Community Church. Jarrod grew up in Western Kentucky and accepted Christ in junior high. He started leading worship in 2005 at a church in Murray, Kentucky, when there was no one else available to fill the position. He never expected that God would continue to use him as a worship leader and has been amazed at the opportunities God has given him since. Jarrod met his wife Whitney at Murray State University and were married in 2009.

Throughout the last six years, Jarrod has continued to grow in his love of Christ and his love of leading the church in worship through music. Romans 12:1 says, “Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God- this is your spiritual act of worship.” This verse is a constant reminder to Jarrod that his role of leading worship through music is not the only way to worship. As believers, our identity is found in Christ and scripture calls us to offer our entire life as an offering, not just for an hour on Sunday. Jarrod’s hope is that he will allow God to use him in a way that brings Him glory through all aspects of his life.
